By using soulessense coaching’s services, you (as individual or business entity) fully acknowledge and agree that the following conditions, warnings and disclaimers shall apply to all treatments, sessions, coachings, courses, products and information provided by soulessense coaching (including, where applicable, subcontractors or affiliates):

• soulessense coaching does not hold herself to be a G.P., doctor, physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, licenced dietician or nutritionist, or any other medical professional (“Medical Provider”).
• soulessense coaching does not hold herself to be your psychologist, psychiatrist or social worker (“Mental Health Provider”).
• Before participating in any treatment for a medical condition you have sought the advice of a qualified physician or Medical Provider.
• You are not to perceive or rely upon in any way the information and treatment you receive from soulessense coaching as medical advice or mental health advice.
• Any treatment or information provided by soulessense coaching is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.
• You will not use any information provided by soulessense coaching in lieu of professional advice given by qualified medical professionals and you will not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking professional advice because of information you receive from soulessense coaching.
• You will always seek the advice of your own Medical Provider and/or Mental Health Provider regarding any questions or concerns you have about your specific health condition before implementing any recommendations or suggestions from soulessense coaching.
• You will not stop taking any medications without speaking to your Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.
• If you have or suspect you have a medical or mental health issue, you will contact my own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider immediately.
• If you know or suspect that you may be pregnant, have a dangerous eating disorder, or have any other physical, psychological, emotional, medical or mental health condition, you will seek the advice of your Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider prior to using soulessense coaching’s services.
• soulessense coaching is not providing health care, mental health care, medical or nutrition therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure in any manner whatsoever physical ailment, or any mental issue, disease or condition.
• soulessense coaching is not giving any medical, psychological, business or religious advice whatsoever.
• You are participating voluntarily in using soulessense coaching’s services and are solely responsible for your choices, actions and results, now and in the future.
• You accept full responsibility for the consequences of your use, or non-use, of any information provided by soulessense coaching, and you agree to use your own judgment and due diligence before implementing any idea, suggestion or recommendation from soulessense coaching to your life, family or business.
• soulessense coaching’s role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through.
• soulessense coaching cannot predict or guarantee that you will attain a particular result, and you accept and understand that results differ for each individual or business. 
• Your results will depend on your background, dedication, desire, motivation, actions and numerous other factors, and there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using soulessense coaching’s services.
• You have free choice of booking single sessions or packages. Sessions within packages are priced lower than single sessions. If you are in doubt at the number of sessions, book a single session first. If you decide to upgrade to a bigger package, your previous payments and sessions will be credited to the larger package in full. No refunds are given for used or unused sessions.
